Moai

Moai are solid human figures cut by the Rapa Nui individuals from rock on the Chilean Polynesian island of Easter Island between the years 1250 and 1500. About half are still at Rano Raraku, the primary moai quarry, however hundreds were transported from that point and set on stone stages called ahu around the island's border.
